Our mission is to promote, design, implement and sponsor clinical research projects in Latin America. All the projects are related to HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases with special emphasis on their academic and multisite character, apart from the regional implementation of the outcomes. Moreover, CICAL´s mission is focused on promoting the development of clinical research sites in Latin America and generating genuine knowledge.
